| Since I graduated from Col-Hi I have found a job I love. I work for Mclhenny Company (Makers of Tabasco Products) which is located on Avery Island, LA, about 10 miles from New Iberia. I work in the Gift Shop and as a Tour Guide and as I said before a job I love because I can talk all I want (lol), and meet people from all over the world and learn about different cultures. I also have an LPN license, but because of health problems, bilateral knee replacements, I am now doing this different line of work. Before this, I worked in medical corrections for almost 20 years. For most of my adult life I have been called "Charlie". I had 6 children: Michelle ('61), Dewey, Jr. ('63)-deceased, Rebecca ('65), Joseph ('67) - deceased, Michael ('69) and David ('73). I have 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. |
