After Col-Hi I attended and graduated from OU with a degree in Business. I opted out of the automobile business and moved with my then wife, Nancy, and 2 daughters to Greenville, SC. I began my career with the newly formed Phillips Fibers |

Corporation. It turned out to be a good fit, and thirty some years later I retired from BP/Amoco, the new owners, as business manager of the Industrial Fabrics Group. My 2 older daughters still live in South Carolina. Elizabeth works for a video production company and is just finishing her second documentary film. The first was featured on PBS. My middle daughter, Susan, is beginning a second career and is working towards an RN certification. My youngest daughter, Katie, from my second marriage, is in her final year of law school at the University of Oklahoma.
My wife, Faye, and I currently live in the Atlanta area. Faye is a high school teacher in Cobb County, Georgia system. I just stay at home and try to keep my bird dog happy. |
