| After several tours with the U.S. Army in Viet Nam, I earned both my undergraduate and Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University. I practiced law for several years, before entering the world of business. Among other endeavors, I built up a seven store chain of retail stores, specializing in camping, backpacking and skiing. I retired from the army reserves as a brigadier general following Desert Storm and sold my stores shortly thereafter. I live in Tulsa, along with Carol, my wife of 25 years, and two collies and two cats. Am I fully retired? Not on your life! I am waaaay too young to retire.
