Jerry Allen Campbell, 43, of 225 nn Margarite, died at 8 a.m. Monday, in the Jane Phillips hospital.
Campbell was born on Feb. 12, 1942 at Bartlesville to Carl William and Cinderella (Taylor) Campbell. He grew up and received his education in Bartlesville, graduating from College High School in 1960. He was married to Peggy Johnson at Ada on Jan. 1, 1963., He served with the U.S. Marine Corp in the Viet Nam conflict. Following his honorable discharge, he returned to Bartlesville where he was employed by Otasco and also as an officer with the Bartlesville Police Department. He had also been employed with Southwestern Bell, Telephone Co. for 16 years until he retired due to ill health in 1984. He was married in December of 1982 to Normalita Ongco at Bartlesville. They have made their home in Bartlesville since that time.

Campbell is survived by his wife, Normalita O. Campbell, of the home; one daughter, Robin Lynn Conn, Garland, Texas; one son, Carl DeWayne Campbell, Ada, Okla.; his mother, Mrs. Cindy Campbell, Bartlesville; two sisters: Linda Hodges, Broken Arrow and Donna Campbell, Bartlesville; and two grandchildren.
Memorial services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Stumpff Funeral Home Chapel with Father Brian Packer of the St. Luke’s Episcopal Church officiating. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home, July 22, 1985
